At 22, while enduring an emotionally abusive marriage, I reached a pivotal realization: the life I was living was not the life I wanted. Though unclear about my future path, the universe guided me to exceptional mentors and energy coaches who remain influential in my journey today. They helped me establish values and boundaries, which were crucial as I navigated through a weed addiction and a tumultuous relationship. These challenges became the stepping stones of my transformative journey, fueling my mission to uplift and transform the lives of women striving to rise above mediocrity.

My fascination with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began during a four-year sojourn in China, where I immersed myself in the culture and language. This period ignited my passion for Eastern philosophies and medicinal practices. Under the mentorship of my coaches, I found my true calling: empowering high-achieving women to realize their full potential through energy regeneration, emotional processing, and subconscious reprogramming.

Traditional Chinese Medicine asserts that physical health is intrinsically linked to energy flow, with bodily ailments often being the culmination of prolonged negative behaviors and patterns. This principle inspired my concept of practical spirituality—a harmonious blend of Eastern wisdom and Western lifestyles. By integrating these practices, I help women achieve financial abundance, cultivate authentic and passionate relationships, and experience natural healing.
